Associate, Client Success
Kekst CNC, part of Publicis Groupe Holdings B.V, is seeking an Associate in Client Success to support their digital media team. The role involves project management, coordination of campaign execution, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and collaboration with internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrated expertise in Account Management tools and processes
- Ability to create and maintain project timelines and meet deadlines
- Experience facilitating daily coordination across internal teams
- Capable of assisting with campaign launches and conducting Quality Assurance checks
- Interest in monitoring ongoing campaign activity and identifying optimization opportunities
- Ability to track and evaluate program performance
- Skilled in handling and preparing performance/critical metric reporting
- Capable of being responsible for and maintaining client promotions
- Ability to build and implement client promotions promptly and with attention to detail
Skills

- Ability to learn quickly and think strategically to provide solutions
- Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university
- 1-2 years of experience in account management, project management, or the digital media industry
