Information Systems Analyst - Early Career

They are seeking a full-time Early Career Information Systems Analyst to provide support for technical publications authoring tools, troubleshoot issues, and maintain system functionality.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily support for technical publications authoring tools, including troubleshooting issues, maintaining system functionality, and ensuring tools are up to date
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems from an accredited school
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with technical documentation
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access)
- Effective communication skills to technical and non-technical personnel
- Must be a US Citizen
- This position will require a government security clearance
- This position is located at a facility that requires special access
- Basic understanding of technical publications authoring tools and systems
- Basic knowledge of Extensible Markup Language (XML) and XML editing tools
- Basic knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) and database navigation
- Experience with version control systems and documentation management systems
- C# and Java development experience
- Experience with building dashboards and visualizations in Tableau
