Patch Management Specialist
Sentinel Technologies is seeking a Patch Management Analyst to join their team, focusing on maintaining technology, addressing security vulnerabilities, and resolving patch-related issues. The ideal candidate will provide technical support and ensure compliance with customer-specific SLAs while working primarily in a remote capacity with onsite support in Downers Grove, IL.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries to ensure to regularly keep technology current, address security vulnerabilities, and correct performance issues
- Provide technical support to resolve patch-related issues and mitigate any negative impacts on customer environments
- Ensure patches are applied in accordance with customer-specific SLA’s and compliance requirements
Skills
- Minimum of one year of experience in a helpdesk or networking role
- Experience with updating and troubleshooting Windows
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to demonstrate an attention to detail
- The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
- A valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Must demonstrate a 'can-do' attitude
- Experience with Networking is a plus
- Experience with remote management tools is a plus
