Position Overview

arenaflex is seeking enthusiastic, tech‑savvy individuals to join our Remote Customer Service team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with arenaflex electric vehicles, home energy products, and related services. You will deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous support via phone, email, and live chat, helping customers navigate technical issues, product inquiries, and service requests—all from the comfort of your own home office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, chat) with professionalism and a solution‑focused mindset.
  • Provide detailed product information, technical troubleshooting, and guidance on arenaflex electric vehicles, battery storage systems, and solar installations.
