What You’ll Do: Core Responsibilities

As a frontline ambassador of arenaflex’s commitment to customer delight, you’ll be responsible for delivering world-class support to Airbnb customers through inbound calls in a dynamic, high-energy contact center environment.   • Handling Inbound Customer Inquiries: Respond to a wide variety of customer questions and concerns related to Airbnb bookings, reservations, account management, payment processing, property listings, and platform navigation. Every call is unique, and you’ll need to adapt quickly to provide accurate, personalized solutions.
  • Active Listening and Probing: Demonstrate exceptional active listening skills to fully understand each customer’s needs, concerns, and goals. Use strategic, open-ended probing questions to uncover the root of issues and identify opportunities to provide value-added solutions.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Leverage your proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities during customer interactions. Whether it’s promoting additional services, upgrades, or premium features, you’ll be rewarded for driving results.
  • Retention and Churn Reduction: Expertly manage and overcome objections related to subscription cancellations, account suspensions, and service terminations. Your persuasive communication and empathetic approach will be critical in retaining customers and reducing churn rates.

  • Documentation and Follow-Up: Accurately document all customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in our CRM systems. Follow up proactively to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term loyalty.
  • Continuous Learning and Improvement: Stay up-to-date on Airbnb platform updates, arenaflex products and services, and industry best practices through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Work-From-Home Requirements

To ensure you can perform at your best while working remotely, you’ll need the following:

  • Quiet, Distraction-Free Workspace: A secure, dedicated place to work that is free from interruptions, background noise, and distractions.
  • Reliable High-Speed Internet: Internet access with minimum speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download (the faster, the better). You must have an in-house, hard-wired Internet connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates.
  • No Wireless or Satellite Internet: Please note that wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems. A hard-wired Ethernet connection is required.
  • Compatible Smartphone: A smartphone (iOS or Android) that is 4 years old or newer, on which you will download our app for company communications.
