Position Overview

We are hiring Remote Customer Service Call Center Representatives to support our Service Business Development Center (BDC). In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking service appointments, information, and support for their automotive needs. Working from a state-of-the-art remote workstation, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist with appointment scheduling, collaborate with Service Managers, and ensure that every customer interaction reflects the high standards that arenaflex is known for.

Important Note: Due to operational and regulatory requirements, only residents of Texas will be considered for this position. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be available to work shifts between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM Monday through Friday, as well as alternating Saturdays from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Master Inbound and Outbound Calling Strategies: Develop a deep understanding of all calling scripts, customer engagement techniques, and follow-up protocols to ensure consistent and effective communication with every caller.
  • Handle Overflow Inbound Service Calls: Promptly and professionally answer all incoming service calls, ensuring that no customer is left waiting and that every call is resolved or routed appropriately in a timely manner.
  • Appointment Scheduling Excellence: Assist customers with scheduling service appointments, providing them with available time slots, confirming details, and sending reminders to reduce no-shows and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Service Managers: Work closely with Service Managers and dealership teams to coordinate customer experiences, communicate special requests, and ensure seamless handoffs between departments.
  • Maintain System Proficiency: Stay up to date on all dealership systems, CRM platforms, and technologies used to manage customer interactions, schedules, and service histories.
  • Marketing and Manufacturer Updates: Maintain a working knowledge of current marketing campaigns, promotional offers, and manufacturer updates so that accurate, timely information can be shared with customers.

  • Accurate Documentation: Log all customer interactions, notes, and outcomes accurately within the CRM system to ensure that the entire team has visibility into customer history and follow-up needs.

  • Phone and Computer Proficiency: Must be highly comfortable navigating multiple computer applications, CRM systems, and phone systems simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required; additional education or certifications in customer service, communications, or business are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Call Center Experience: Previous experience working in a high-volume call center, customer service hotline, or business development center (BDC) is highly preferred.
  • Appointment Setting Skills: Demonstrated success in setting, confirming, and managing appointments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual Abilities: Fluency in English and Spanish (or another language) is a strong plus and is highly valued at arenaflex.
  • Automotive Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with automotive service operations, dealership processes, or manufacturer service campaigns is a plus but not required — we provide comprehensive training.
  • CRM Software Experience: Prior experience using customer relationship management software, scheduling tools, or dialer systems is a plus.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
