Remote Non -Profit Donation Processor Phone -Based Support Role

Responsibilities
- Take inbound and outbound calls from donors
- Guide conversations using structured scripts
- Enter donation and pledge details accurately
- Maintain professionalism and compliance standards
- Meet performance and attendance expectations Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 6 months customer service experience (remote preferred)
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Comfortable working across multiple systems
- Quiet, dedicated home office setup
- Windows 11 PC (8GB RAM minimum, 16GB recommended)
- USB noise -canceling headset
- Wired high -speed internet (no WiFi -only setups)
- Dual monitors strongly recommended
