Position Overview

The Chat Support Assistant role is a part‑time, work‑from‑home position based in Fort Worth, Texas. You will serve as the first line of contact for arenaflex guests, providing timely, accurate, and friendly assistance via live chat. This role is ideal for entry‑level professionals who have at least one year of customer service experience and a desire to grow within a dynamic, entertainment‑focused organization.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction & Issue Resolution

  • Engage with customers through the arenaflex chat platform, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and guiding users through product features.
  • Maintain a professional, upbeat tone that reflects arenaflex’s brand values and enhances the overall guest experience.
  • Document each interaction accurately in the CRM system, ensuring that follow‑up actions are clearly recorded and completed.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Partner with cross‑functional teams—including technical support, product development, and quality assurance—to share insights and improve service processes.
  • Participate in regular team huddles, knowledge‑sharing sessions, and training workshops to stay current on new features, policies, and best practices.
  • Contribute ideas for process enhancements, automation opportunities, and knowledge‑base updates that streamline the support workflow.

Self‑Management & Productivity

  • Prioritize and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy and response quality.
