Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Day

• Support the arenaflex Transportation Fleet: Monitor fleet performance metrics, identify trends, and recommend improvements to enhance on‑time delivery rates.
• Partner with Managers: Conduct regular consultations with operations, logistics, and engineering managers to gather business requirements, prioritize initiatives, and align analytical deliverables with strategic goals.
• Integrate Data Across Platforms: Pull, cleanse, and merge data from multiple database systems (including Microsoft Access, SQL, and proprietary arenaflex tools) to create a unified view of transportation activities.
• Design and Maintain Excel Solutions: Build robust Excel workbooks, dashboards, and automated spreadsheets that track key performance indicators (KPIs), cost analyses, and capacity planning.
• Generate Insightful Reports: Produce weekly, monthly, and ad‑hoc reports that translate complex data sets into clear, concise narratives for senior leadership.
