Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers via phone, chat, and email to assist with product inquiries, order tracking, returns, and troubleshooting.

  • Research and resolve complex issues by collaborating with internal teams, using internal tools, and following up to ensure complete resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system, documenting solutions and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrate active listening, patience, empathy, and kindness in every interaction, building trust and rapport with both customers and teammates.
  • Participate in virtual collaboration sessions using Zoom, Slack, and other digital platforms to share insights, best practices, and contribute to a vibrant, customer‑centric culture.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a remote or e‑commerce environment.
