Role Overview – Customer Service Representative (Remote)

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the front line of communication for our diverse client base. Essential Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • High school diploma or GED; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
  • Minimum of six months of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call‑center environment.
  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Proficient navigation of Windows operating systems and familiarity with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
