Role Overview

As a Senior Voice of Customer Data Engineer at arenaflex, you will lead the design, development, and optimization of large‑scale data pipelines and analytics solutions that power the VoC platform. Working closely with product owners, data scientists, and agile delivery teams, you will translate business requirements into robust technical architectures, champion best practices in data engineering, and mentor junior engineers to uphold arenaflex’s standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Architecture & Modeling: Design and implement scalable data models that support both batch and real‑time analytics, ensuring high‑quality, consistent metrics across the VoC ecosystem.
• Pipeline Development: Build, maintain, and optimize end‑to‑end data pipelines using Hadoop, HDFS, Spark, Hive, and Python to ingest, cleanse, and enrich survey data from multiple sources.
• Collaboration with Stakeholders: Partner with product managers, business analysts, and the VoC analytics team to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver incremental value in two‑week sprint cycles.
• Performance Tuning & Testing: Conduct rigorous testing, validation, and performance tuning to guarantee data accuracy, low latency, and reliability for mission‑critical dashboards.

Essential Qualifications
