Role Overview

As a Remote Data Entry & Customer Support Specialist, you will become an integral part of the Guest Experience Innovation team. Your primary mission is to support the creation, training, and maintenance of AI/ML models that power interactive attractions and digital services. Working closely with cross‑functional partners—including product managers, data scientists, and software engineers—you will help translate raw data into actionable insights that enhance the guest journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate data entry and validation tasks for large‑scale datasets used in AI model training.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and identify opportunities where machine learning can solve business challenges.
  • Assist data scientists in labeling, cleaning, and organizing structured and unstructured data (images, video, text, audio).
