* Job Title: Origination Systems Analyst (ICE Encompass) Position Type: Contract-to-Hire Location: Fully Remote (Client based in Langhorne, PA) Core Platform: ICE Encompass LOS Job Summary We are seeking an Mortgage Loan Origination Systems Analyst to manage, optimize, and support our primary Loan Origination System (LOS), ICE Encompass. In this role, you will own the pipeline between business needs and technical solutions—handling everything from initial requirement writing to final QA support. This position is fully remote and offered on a contract-to-hire basis. Our client is specifically looking for candidates who are eligible and motivated to convert to a permanent, full-time employee.
Key Responsibilities
- Encompass Management & Support: Serve as the primary analyst for the ICE Encompass LOS platform. Provide ongoing system support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity across the origination lifecycle.
- Requirements & User Stories: Act as a strong technical writer to draft detailed business requirements, functional specifications, and clear User Stories that development teams can execute immediately.
- Process Visualization: Design and maintain comprehensive flow charts and workflow diagrams to map out complex mortgage business processes.
- Agile Management: Leverage JIRA to manage the project backlog, track issue workflows, and keep development sprints organized.
- Hybrid Business Analysis & QA: Formulate test cases, participate in QA testing, and validate that system updates function correctly before deployment to production.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience working as an analyst with the ICE Encompass LOS platform.
- Agile Toolkit: Strong proficiency with JIRA and tools used for creating process flow charts (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio).
- Technical Writing: A proven track record of writing high-quality requirements, user stories, and support documentation.
- Versatile Skillset: Comfortable wearing multiple hats, specifically balancing traditional Business Analysis with functional QA responsibilities.
