This position is responsible forsupporting the client to help him stay organized and complete tasks that allowhim to focus on more advanced responsibilities. The role is integral to thesuccess of the business. Qualifications:

  • Must have arelevant experience in administrative support
  • Experience isusing LEAP software is a PLUS
  • Experienceworking for a legal firm in the past is a PLUS
  • Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills

  • Highly organizedwith good attention to detail
  • Experience inestablishing and maintaining effective administrative systems and processes
  • Ability to workautonomously and as a team member

·Savvy on socialmedia ·Good reportwriting skills ·Background onminute taking Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Admin tasks likeemail and calendar management

·Data entry ·File Management ·Draft documents ·Do legal research ·Handling inboundand outbound calls

  • Schedule andcoordinate staff and other meetings

·Answers emails ina timely manner

  • Preparecommunications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and othercorrespondence
  • Write and editdocuments from letters to reports and instructional documents

·Post content onsocial media

  • Respond toservice enquiries and requests on Social Media
  • Communicate andliaise with key stakeholders, services users, families, staff and advocates
