Bookkeeper, QuickBooks
Job Description:
- Enter and maintain vendor invoices accurately in the accounting system
- Process payments in accordance with company procedures and deadlines
- Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies as needed
- Assist with accounts payable activities and invoice management
- Follow up with vendors regarding billing discrepancies and payment inquiries
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation
- Review financial data for accuracy and completeness
- Assist with month-end bookkeeping and account reconciliation activities
- Generate and update financial reports and spreadsheets using Excel
- Perform other duties related to the position as assigned
Requirements:
- 2+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Strong QuickBooks experience required
- Experience using Excel for reporting and spreadsheet management
- Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles
- Proficient level of English (written and spoken)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong work ethics with the ability to work independently
- Availability to work Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM-6:00 PM and Friday 9:00 AM-12:00 PM
