Position Overview

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Technical Support and Customer Care Specialist to join our growing team. This is a work-from-home position where you will play a crucial role in helping small businesses maximize their use of QuickBooks and resolve technical issues that may arise. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance, and your ability to provide exceptional support will directly impact customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Support and Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support to small business owners who rely on QuickBooks for their financial management needs. Your primary duties will include:

  • QuickBooks Assistance: Provide hands-on guidance to customers learning how to use QuickBooks software, helping them navigate features, set up accounts, and maximize the software's potential for their business needs
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve technical issues related to QuickBooks, including software bugs, installation problems, data sync errors, and performance issues
  • Hardware and Software Support: Address technical inquiries involving hardware compatibility, software installations, updates, and networking configurations that affect QuickBooks functionality
  • Problem Resolution: Analyze customer issues that may be unstructured or complex, requiring creative problem-solving skills and conceptual thinking to find effective solutions
  • Performance Metrics: Ensure all customer interactions meet or exceed contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for satisfaction, resolution time, and service quality
  • Active Listening: Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrate empathy, and build rapport to create positive customer experiences
  • Documentation: Prepare complete and accurate documentation of customer interactions, including proper account notations and issue tracking
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in team activities and initiatives designed to improve customer experience and overall business performance
  • Customer Education: Help customers understand QuickBooks features and best practices, empowering them to use the software more effectively

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or GED is required
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age
