Remote Junior Logistics Manager (m/f/d)

As Junior Logistics Manager, you will support the planning and execution of all marketing-related productions and events at Westwing. As part of our Marketing Logistics team, you’ll work closely with teams in Munich and Robakowo to ensure smooth operations across our creative output. You will also take on professional leadership of blue-collar team members in certain cases, contributing to smooth and efficient operations. This position is limited to 12 months and is based in Munich.

  • manage Retail Campaign samples from purchase through production, including budget tracking
  • act as administrator and key user for marketing logistics databases (e.g. WMS, Booqable)
  • handle purchasing and administration of logistics supplies
  • take responsibility for fleet maintenance within the marketing logistics team
  • drive smaller logistics projects in collaboration with the Team Lead Logistics
  • support blue-collar logistics operations during peak periods with hands-on assistance
  • at least 5 years of experience in an operational logistics environment; an apprenticeship as Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik is a strong plus
  • very good German and English language skills
  • solid technical understanding and moderate hands-on craftsmanship skills
  • a valid class B driver’s license
  • proficiency in MS Office
