Requirements:

• 10–15 years of employment law experience
• California Bar admission required
• Strong employment defense background
• Ability to independently manage litigation matters
• Stable work history with demonstrated professional longevity

• Strong interpersonal and client management skills

Compensation:

• Compensation up to approximately $250,000 depending on experience
