Position Title: Solutions Architect Location: Remote - LATAM What you will be doing: We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to be responsible for designing scalable solutions, leading technical architecture decisions, mentoring engineering teams, and driving the development of mission-critical warehouse and supply chain applications. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of software engineering experience in enterprise application development. 4+ years serving as a Technical Lead or Senior Engineering Lead, or Architecture roles. Strong experience with C# Strong experience with SQL server, advanced SQL queries, and store procedures. Experience with cloud providers like AWS. Strong knowledge of software architecture, distributed systems, and scalable application design. Experience working within Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, Lean). Proven ability to lead cross-functional engineering teams and technical initiatives.
Nice to Have
Skills Experience with AS400 / IBM iSeries and RPG development. Experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js. Experience with Typescript. Knowledge of VMware, OpenStack, or private cloud technologies. Experience with HighJump / Infios / Körber / Accellos Experience with large-scale retail, logistics, warehouse, or supply chain environments. Soft Skills Technical leadership and engineering mentorship Strategic thinking and architectural decision-making Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management Ability to align technology solutions with business objectives Experience with log and telemetry solutions like kibana, logstash, datadog.
