  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline customer service processes.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the airline or travel industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Report to the Remote Customer Service Team Leader.
  • Engage in daily briefings and debriefings over virtual platforms.
  • Use company-provided technology tools to maintain communication and manage tasks.
