About the position A rapidly growing global fintech infrastructure company is seeking an experienced Director of Enterprise Sales to drive expansion across the United States and international markets. The company provides modern payment and banking infrastructure that enables faster, more cost-effective, and reliable cross-border transactions for fintechs, payment service providers, and financial institutions worldwide. This is a high-impact leadership role for a proven enterprise sales professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building strategic client relationships while owning the full sales cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise sales efforts across the US market and selected global regions.
  • Build and execute sales strategies to accelerate revenue growth.
  • Develop and manage a strong pipeline of enterprise opportunities.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation, closing, and client onboarding.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders across fintechs, payment providers, banks, and financial institutions.
  • Collaborate closely with product, operations, and leadership teams to shape go-to-market initiatives.
  • Provide market insights and customer feedback to influence product direction and positioning.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience.
  • Proven track record selling payments, fintech, banking infrastructure, or financial technology solutions.
  • Strong experience managing complex, consultative enterprise sales cycles.
  • Demonstrated success building pipeline and closing high-value deals.
  • Existing network within the US fintech, payments, banking, or financial services ecosystem.
  • Experience selling solutions related to: Cross-border payments, Banking infrastructure, Payment rails and networks (SWIFT, SEPA, ACH, FPS, RTP), API-based financial products, Treasury and settlement operations, AML/KYC compliance and safeguarding frameworks.
