Field Solutions Analyst (Problem Report)
Red Dot Buildings is a company that specializes in metal building systems, and they are seeking a Field Solutions Analyst to identify, analyze, and resolve field-reported issues. This role involves tracking problem reports, communicating with various departments, and finding efficient solutions to ensure project success.
Responsibilities
- Track and maintain Problem Report (PR) status using Kinetic (ERP)
- Review, interpret, and diagnose PR requests submitted from job sites
- Communicate with multiple departments within Red Dot to accurately assess and resolve reported issues
- Identify the most efficient and cost-effective solutions to reported problems
- Maintain detailed documentation and ensure timely follow-up on all PRs
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
- Undergraduate education in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
- Previous experience with commercial metal buildings is recommended
- Experience with pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB) is preferred
- Bluebeam is preferred
