The role:
- Insurance defense litigation across a variety of complex matters
- General liability, commercial litigation, transportation, toxic tort, and professional liability work
- Depositions, motion practice, hearings, trial preparation, and client interaction
- Opportunity to work across multiple litigation practice areas and develop a broad defense background
Requirements:
- California Bar admission required
- Minimum 3 years of litigation experience preferred (strong 1+ year candidates may also be considered)
- Insurance defense litigation background required
- Strong writing, motion drafting, and litigation skills
Compensation & Benefits:
- $150,000 – $275,000 depending on level and experience
