Immigration Paralegal – USCIS Specialist - Contract to Hire

🏛️ We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, experienced Immigration Paralegal with a strong background in USCIS forms and procedures, including adjustment of status, waivers, FOIA requests, I-130 and U visas. ⸻ 📝 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and file complete immigration petitions and supporting documentation, including:
• I-130, I-485, I-765, I-601A, I-601, I-131, I-360, I-918, I-192, I-751, N-400, etc.
• Review client questionnaires, evidence, and affidavits for completeness and consistency
• Draft cover letters, table of contents, declarations, and RFE responses
• Track and manage USCIS filings, notices, and deadlines
• Maintain organized and up-to-date case files in Docketwise and Clio
• Coordinate medical exam follow-ups, FOIA requests, and fingerprint appointments
• Communicate with clients in a professional, compassionate, and timely manner

⸻ ✅ Requirements

• 2-3 years minimum of experience as an immigration paralegal with a strong focus on USCIS cases
• Deep familiarity with USCIS procedures and forms
• Strong organizational, writing, and editing skills
• Proficiency with cloud-based case management software (e.g., Docketwise, Clio)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple case files and deadlines
• Spanish fluency highly preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

⸻ Pay is based on experience and knowledge including using softwares such as Clio and Docketwise. Shift would be from Monday to Friday from 9am-6pm EST. Weekends and extra hours are also available. Thank you for your interest! Apply To This Job
