Your Role As an Automotive Sales Manager, your main focus will be establishing genuine connections with customers. You'll play a pivotal role in making their businesses more efficient and effective. Collaborating with dealership personnel, you'll identify areas that need improvement and leverage your industry expertise to implement proven consulting services programs. Post-project completion, maintaining relationships and providing ongoing support will be crucial. Your efforts will not only drive success for our clients but also contribute to our consulting services sales growth.
Requirements
Valid drivers license and a clean driving record Reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing 3+ years of automotive dealership experience High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred but not required Willingness to travel extensively overnight (up to 5 nights per week) Training Our comprehensive training program includes 90 days of field experience, online courses from your home office, and classroom instruction at our offices in Dayton and Houston. During training, you'll receive a $55,000 base salary and become eligible for quarterly bonuses after 6-9 months. Your total targeted income post-training (including base and bonuses) is $75,000+.
