Job summary This role is focused on supporting the pricing team by collecting, organizing, and analysing pricing data. This role will play a vital role in developing and maintaining analytical tools and models that automates and support pricing decisions across the group. It will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver insights that drive business performance and profitability optimization. Furthermore, this role will be responsible for implementing changes in the system and monitoring impact on revenue, profitability and sales volume. Responsabilities Support pricing decisions by analysing sales data, market trends, and competitor pricing. Responsible for analysing, implementing changes in the system, and monitoring impact on revenue and volume. Preparing pricing reports for internal stakeholders. Perform basic margin analysis and profitability evaluations based on different scenarios Analyse all available forms of competitive and internal data to identify both competitive threads and opportunities. Create analytical models from scratch to automate pricing decisioning and monitoring, by using SQL and DBT. The role has autonomy over data analysis, implementation and the tracking and follow-up actions, provided these changes do not require approval from Head of Pricing. Skills & Requirements Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to communicate and network effectively with colleagues at all levels of the business. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities. Good detail-oriented skills with excellent follow-up capabilities. Proficiency in SQL for data analysis; familiarity with visualization tools, Tableau, Power BI a plus. Strong proficiency in Excel including data analysis. Good organisation and time management skills. Good understanding of pricing concepts, market dynamics and financial metrics. Economics, finance, maths or engineering degree with excellent academic achievements is desirable. 1-3 years of experience in pricing, data analysis, or related field.
