Procurement Analyst

Location: Remote - Must be based in São Paulo - SP Why You Should Join Our Operations & Procurement Team? Our Operations and Procurement team plays a critical role in enabling smart, scalable growth across the business. As an Analyst, Procurement (Indirect Spend), you’ll help shape purchasing strategies, optimize costs, and build strong supplier partnerships that directly impact company performance. This role offers meaningful ownership, exposure to senior stakeholders, and the opportunity to grow your procurement expertise in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll report directly to the Director of Procurement and contribute to strategic initiatives that matter. If you enjoy problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, and influencing outcomes, this is a role where your work will be seen, valued, and developed. What You’ll Do? Develop and execute purchasing strategies across indirect spend categories Identify, evaluate, qualify, and manage suppliers and vendors Lead contract negotiations, including pricing, terms, and service levels Partner closely with internal stakeholders to define requirements and align on sourcing strategies Track, analyze, and report procurement metrics to reduce costs and improve efficiency Perform cost analysis, scenario modeling, and benchmarking to support decision-making Monitor market trends and forecast pricing or supply risks Assess, manage, and mitigate supplier and operational risks Determine optimal order quantities and delivery timelines Drive continuous improvement across procurement processes and practices What You Bring? Must-Have Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to work effectively both independently and in collaborative team environments Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Experience gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to inform decisions Solid understanding of procurement processes, policies, and systems

Nice-to-Have

Experience Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, finance, accounting, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) 3–5 years of experience in procurement, buying, finance, or accounting roles (e.g., Buyer, Purchasing Officer, Category Owner) Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel Negotiation experience and confident decision-making skills Professional certifications such as CPSM, PMP, or similar What You’ll Get?
