Pleno Multimedia Designer (Remote)

The Pleno Multimedia Designer is responsible for developing and producing visual and multimedia materials to support corporate training and internal communication initiatives. This role plays a key part in enhancing learning experiences by translating instructional and educational content into engaging, accessible, and visually compelling assets. Working closely with instructional design and content teams, the designer ensures that all materials align with company branding standards, accessibility guidelines, and best practices in learning design. Key Accountabilities Multimedia & Graphic Design for Learning Design and develop graphic and multimedia materials for corporate training programs, including digital and blended learning solutions. Create layouts, graphics, animations, and visual elements using Adobe Creative Cloud tools such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere. Produce and edit audiovisual content, including videos and animations, applying best practices in visual storytelling and instructional design. E-learning Development & Digital Tools Develop interactive e-learning content using tools such as Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise. Create advanced, visually engaging, and interactive presentations using PowerPoint. Leverage artificial intelligence tools to optimize multimedia design workflows, including editing automation, voice generation, and productivity enhancement. Brand, Accessibility & Quality Assurance Ensure all materials comply with corporate visual identity standards, internal guidelines, and accessibility requirements. Apply digital accessibility best practices to ensure content is inclusive and accessible to diverse audiences. Project Execution & Stakeholder Collaboration Collaborate closely with instructional designers and educational content teams to create visuals that support learning objectives and knowledge retention. Manage design projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery on time and in line with client and stakeholder requirements. Present and clearly articulate design concepts and solutions to internal clients and stakeholders. Upload and manage files within internal systems, ensuring version control and organization. Continuously stay up to date with trends in graphic and multimedia design, learning technologies, and accessibility standards. Candidate Profile Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields. Previous professional experience as a multimedia or graphic designer, preferably in fast-paced and dynamic environments; a portfolio is required. Experience supporting learning, training, or educational initiatives is considered a strong advantage. Technical Skills High proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere. Advanced PowerPoint skills, with the ability to create impactful and interactive presentations. Knowledge of visual communication techniques that support learning and information retention. Understanding of digital accessibility principles and compliance standards. Experience using artificial intelligence tools to enhance productivity and streamline design workflows. Experience with Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise for e-learning development is desirable. Ways of Working Experience in planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
