Field Service Specialist
Description
The ideal candidate will be located in the Western US
· Provide technical support in a customer service focused manner until repair issue is fully resolved · Updating and resolving BOTIS tickets timely and accurately · Aids Production & PDI departments for critical needs (diagnosing) · Through Fleet Intelligence, provides reports of field actions and resolutions · Using BOTIS ticketing system And Fleet Intelligence reports, identify repetitive failure patterns, recommend, and manage field product improvements or campaigns · Travel as required (75%) Requirements · Desire and ability to work in fast paced manufacturing environment · High energy level · Self-motivated · Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed · Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions · Technical aptitude · Ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines · Mental capacity to make sound decisions and to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing · Ability to multitask, solve problems, manage time, adapt to changing work conditions, and shift priorities in a fast-paced environment · Superior organizational skills, strong quality orientation, and high attention to detail · Proven ability to work well both independently and in a team environment · Knowledge of and adherence to occupational hazards and standard safety practices · Strong ethical standards, reliability, professionalism, positive attitude, and ability to remain calm in stressful situations Apply To This Job
