Learn more at ou.edu/research Senior Program Manager for Technology & Innovation The Senior Program Manager for Technology & Innovation supports multiple concurrent research initiatives from concept through execution, developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with institutional priorities and sponsor requirements. This role also collaborates with faculty, research leadership, and diverse stakeholders to advance technology commercialization and grant outreach efforts, translating complex research concepts into compelling narratives, concept papers, executive summaries, and other high-quality communications assets. Additionally, the position leverages emerging technologies to streamline program workflows and reporting, tracks program metrics and impact, prepares briefings for senior leadership, and ensures adherence to institutional policies and sponsor compliance standards. View full job description Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline relevant to the area of specialty. 6 years of related experience. Equivalency/Substitution: Experience or a combination of education & related experience can be considered in lieu of degree.
