Vice President, Product Management As the VP of Product Management you will be responsible for understanding market demands, product trends, and the competitive landscape within the payments arena. You will direct and oversee product life cycle management and facilitate rapid development and implementation of new products and enhancements. You will partner with the Engineering, Product Development, Marketing, Sales, and Revenue teams to develop and optimize product lines, product features, go-to-market models, pricing, and customer support. Primary Responsibilities: Manage product backlog and work with Product Development and Project leadership to prioritize and drive development scheduling. Manage product lifecycle for Qolo’s platform/product lines, including go to market, pricing, enhancements, and support features. Educate internal and external audiences on product feature sets and delivery. Direct competitive and industry intelligence initiatives, partnering with Sales, Marketing and Business Development teams. Demonstrate thought leadership and subject matter expertise in the payments ecosystem, to drive new ideas into the business Lead product managers to identify market needs, prioritize knowledge gaps/business needs for product delivery. Work with sales and implementations to solution new clients and identify any new features that may be required to take a new client to market launch. Keep abreast of external market factors, trends and research that may impact business decisions. Track and measure the performance of the product to ensure that it is meeting the business goals. This includes collecting data, analyzing results, and making necessary adjustments to the product. Oversee the quality of the product to ensure that it meets the highest standards. This includes conducting quality assurance testing, resolving defects, and ensuring that the product is user-friendly. What You'll Bring to the Team: Demonstrated ability to work with multiple areas of an organization to deliver payment/card-related functionality. Fintech and/or payments domain experience, with an emphasis on open network card products. Experience building out business case justification for new features and new product offerings. Strong customer consulting acumen, including exceptional networking skills and a demonstrated ability to influence decisions. Proactive, strategic thinking and an ability to anticipate client and market needs. Strong communication, organization, and coordination skills, with the ability to effectively handle multiple complex issues simultaneously. Experience in an agile development environment.
