Finance/Operations Manager

We are looking for a Finance/Operations manager who will support daily financial and operational processes. In this role, you will work with expenses, payments, reporting, budgeting, documentation, and coordination of internal processes. Key Responsibilities: Assist with payment preparation and processing Track expenses and maintain accurate financial records Support budget preparation, reporting, and internal analytics Maintain and update documentation, spreadsheets, and internal records Support daily operational and administrative processes Coordinate internal tasks across teams and assist with process organization Monitor timely completion of operational tasks Help ensure smooth day-to-day team operations Requirements: 6+ months of experience in analytics, operations support, project management, financial/administrative coordination, or related areas Basic understanding of finance, budgeting, or business operations Confident user of Excel / Google Sheets Understanding of basic formulas and ability to work with spreadsheets for budgets, expense tracking, and reporting Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously Good communication skills Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change Proactive mindset, sense of ownership, and willingness to take on different tasks Our Benefit Cafeteria is Packed with Goodies: Children Allowance Mental Health Support Sport Activities Language Courses Automotive Services Veterinary Services Home Office Setup Assistance Dental Services Books and Stationery Training Compensation And yes, even Massage!
