Support and optimize Epic Cadence and Cheers CRM workflows Build, execute, and maintain campaigns in Cheers CRM Participate in implementations, enhancements, and support activities Troubleshoot issues and support workflow improvements Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams Assist with testing, configuration, and end-user support
Qualifications
