About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and proactive intern to join our Marketing team, primarily supporting the Paid Media area while collaborating closely with Social Media and Communications teams. This role is ideal for someone with a strong design background who is passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and performance-driven creative strategy. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and international environment, contributing directly to campaign execution and creative optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development of creative assets for paid media campaigns across multiple platforms Adapt creatives for Paid Media campaigns Assist with communication and design initiatives aligned with brand and performance goals Create visual and written content for digital campaigns and social media Analyze creative performance data and identify optimization opportunities for paid media campaigns Collaborate cross-functionally with Paid Media, Social Media, and Communications teams Support the adaptation and localization of creative materials when needed Contribute with creative ideas and trends to improve campaign engagement and performance Suggest creative testing and monitor creative performance
Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Advertising, Design, or related fields Interest in design and visual communication Interest in design and content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and video editing platforms Good copywriting and communication skills in English Interest in digital marketing, paid media, and social media strategy Analytical mindset with attention to detail and performance metrics Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
Knowledge of paid media platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or LinkedIn Ads Experience with video editing and short-form content creation Spanish proficiency Previous experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing projects What You’ll Gain Hands-on experience in performance marketing and creative strategy Exposure to global marketing operations and cross-functional collaboration Opportunity to contribute directly to real campaigns and creative decision-making Professional development in a fast-growing and dynamic environment
