Your focus will be on identifying the buyer of subrogation and recovery services. It goes beyond just insurance carriers. Buyers can include roles such as CFO, Controller, VP of Finance, Chief Risk Officer, VP of Risk, Director of Risk Management, Head of Claims, VP of Claims, and Chief Claims Officer. Identify organizations that would benefit from outsourcing Subrogation recovery services. Your role is to find, qualify, and help them recognize what they’re missing and setting the stage for our Subrogation Practice Leader to step in, educate, present, and close transformative deals. Every qualified meeting you secure, drives profitable revenue and strengthens our client portfolio. This is a remote position. This position will build a solid and consistent portfolio of Subrogation Recovery Services clients, effectively driving new, profitable monthly revenue. Drive consistent new client acquisition by prioritizing face-to-face engagement between the Subrogation Practice Leader and key decision-makers. Adjustments, formed in 1974 and headquartered in Melville, NY · D&S Global Solutions, formed in 1997 and fully remote · ABC-Amega, formed in 1929 and headquartered in Buffalo, NY · TranSubro, formed in 2012 and headquartered in Oceanside, NY · DAL, Inc., formed in 1974 and headquartered in Clifton Heights, PA · Receivables Control Corporation (RCC), formed in 1970 and headquartered in Maple Grove, MN · Insurance Recovery Group (IRG), formed in 1997 and headquartered in Framingham, MA PRIMARY JOB DUTIES Develop and execute targeted campaigns to generate leads within Insurance space Identify and research potential clients then initiate contact through various channels including phone/cold calling, email, campaigns, and social media to qualify leads Provide the Insurance Subrogation Sales team with thoroughly vetted leads and cultivate relationships with prospects, establishing them as potential clients and paving the way for sales team engagement Support Marketing in lead-generating activities, doing pre- and/or post follow-up campaigns on Marketing Qualified Leads. Record all communications and activity in the CRM software to track leads, manage client interaction, and monitor sales performance SECONDARY JOB DUTIES Field cross selling opportunities from internal parties and distribute appropriately to outside sales executives Work with sales and marketing to prepare and supply information, collateral, or any other requested information from prospects Conduct market research to discover untapped markets and industries to identify new opportunities Track sales activities in the CRM; prepare and submit regular sales reports as required Upsell and cross sell services Keep up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client issues Develop effective sales strategies and identify opportunities to improve sales performance Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and propose ideas Foster effective communication and collaboration between countries and cultures within all regions Assist in sales project work as required Act as backup to other members of the sales Departments Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality with all information entrusted with OTHER JOB DUTIES This position will perform other duties as requested. TRAVEL: Travel will be required to attend training, prospect meetings and/or industry events. REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) 5+ years of experience in business development selling to insurance carriers Experience with insurance sales, servicing in the commercial space COMPENSATION We offer unlimited earning potential through incentive compensation, with base pay commensurate with experience. FLUENCY This position requires fluency in the English language.
