Key Responsibilities
Lead and coach a team of licensed insurance sales agents Drive insurance sales performance and meet team and department goals Analyze sales metrics and implement improvement strategies Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies Manage team schedules, timekeeping, and coverage Interview, hire, and onboard new team members Provide ongoing coaching, training, and development Handle customer escalations and ensure five-star diamond service Stay current on insurance products, industry trends, and carrier updates Occasional team support during off-hours as needed QualificationsWork Requirements: 100% remote position Must reside in Rhode Island Must have a quiet, dedicated home office space free from distractions Reliable high-speed internet connection Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment Demonstrate strategic ownership, accountability, and ability to lead a remote team with minimal oversight Education & Experience: High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree or higher preferred Minimum of 3 years of direct leadership/management sales experience with proven success Minimum of 6 years of insurance sales experience with a track record of sales success including cross-selling Licensing: Active Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license upon hire Life Insurance License (state specific) required within 1 year Benefits and Compensation: Eligible for monthly performance-based bonus Paid Time Off: 3 weeks of vacation weeks of vacation, 12 holidays and 8 sick days annually Health Coverage: Medical, Dental, and vision insurance with AAA Northeast covering up to 88% of the plan Retirement: 401(k) plan with a 6% company match Additional Perks: Free AAA membership, insurance discounts, travel commission match, and a paid volunteer day each year Tuition Reimbursement: Financial support for continuing education Life license and designations supported through paid training and reimbursement Ample opportunities for advancement Career Growth at AAA Northeast Structured leadership development programs Clear advancement paths to Director and beyond Access to Predictive Index tools for personalized coaching AAA Northeast is proud of our diverse culture, fostered by the many talents, skills, passions, and expertise of our employees.
