As part of the Organizational Design & Effectiveness team, the Effectiveness Solutions Partner plays a key role in supporting the design, operationalization, and delivery of team effectiveness solutions and organizational health programs across the enterprise. Reporting to the Organizational Health Programs Lead, this role helps build practical, scalable solutions, ensuring programs are well-structured, effectively deployed, and consistently delivered. This role partners closely with the OE team and collaborates with RTX to support and co-deliver enterprise solutions, while also helping to build and execute Raytheon-specific programs. What You Will Do

Support the design, development and delivery of programs and solutions that enhance team effectiveness across Raytheon. Help operationalize solutions by building deployment plans, materials, timelines, and supporting infrastructure for successful rollout. Partner with RTX to co-develop, support and co-deliver enterprise solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards while adapting to Raytheon needs. Serve as a conduit between RTX and RAY to ensure timely and two-way information flow, and appropriate cascade of key information and progress to RAY stakeholders. Deliver and co-facilitate team effectiveness sessions, workshops, and leadership experiences, focused on alignment, ways of working, and team performance. Prepare leaders and teams for engagements by ensuring clear objectives, materials, and follow-through actions. Capture feedback and insights to support continuous improvement of programs and participant experience. Contribute to the creation and refinement of toolkits, playbooks, and repeatable approaches. Support broader initiatives as needed, including change management, transformation efforts, or other OE and talent programs.

Qualifications

You Must Have Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience. Experience supporting the design and planning of team effectiveness, leadership development, and/or talent programs that drive positive impact to team and organizational performance. Experience managing program and project workstreams, including planning, coordinating stakeholders, establishing and driving governance, and executing against defined timelines and deliverables. Experience developing or adapting program content, tools, and materials to support effective delivery and adoption. Experience leading and facilitating workshops, team sessions, and/or learning experiences with the ability to guide discussion and drive actionable outcomes.

Qualifications

We Prefer Experience working within a matrixed, global organization, with the ability to navigate enterprise partnerships and adapt solutions to local business needs. Professional certification in change management (e.g., Prosci) or related discipline in organizational effectiveness, leadership development or facilitation Demonstrated ability to synthesize insights into clear, executive-ready materials that drive alignment and action.

Employees who are working in remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home) but may be expected to travel to the site location as needed. The successful candidate for this role will be required to reside and work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. territories). The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
