Target Earnings: $80,000 – $180,000+ with commissions and bonus Candidates must be available to work 10:00 AM–7:00 PM Pacific Time Salary Base Pay Range State specific pay scales for this role are as follows: $51,857 to $62,798 (CA, NJ, NY, WA, HI, AK, MD, CT, RI, MA) $47,143 to $57,089 (NV, OR, AZ, CO, WY, TX, ND, MN, MO, IL, WI, FL, GA, MI, OH, VA, PA, DE, VT, NH, ME) $42,428 to $51,380 (UT, ID, MT, NM, SD, NE, KS, OK, IA, AR, LA, MS, AL, TN, KY, IN, SC, NC, WV) The expected base salary for this position will vary depending on a number of factors, including relevant experience, skills and location. Insurance Inside Sales Professional - Remote AIS Insurance Specialists Amazing Opportunity Are you a licensed insurance professional with a passion for sales and a drive to grow your career? AIS is looking for motivated, customer-focused sales reps to join our remote Inside Sales team. This is a full-time, work-from-home position with inbound leads only—no cold calling. If you’ve got a Property & Casualty license and some insurance sales experience under your belt, we’ll help you take the next step in your career with robust training, support, and uncapped earning potential.

Compensation

Overview We offer a competitive pay structure combining hourly base, commissions, and monthly bonuses. Incentives are tied to performance goals and company results. Pay is determined based on several factors including your location, experience, and qualifications. Working with motivated, inbound leads, you’ll assess customer’s needs and recommend the best combination of price and coverage—delivering an excellent customer experience in a fast-paced environment. Training, tools, and support are provided to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

Quote multiple lines of insurance for multiple carriers nationwide Handle inbound calls and follow up to close sales Deliver a high-quality, consultative customer experience Identify customer needs and provide coverage recommendations Achieve individual sales performance goals Stay current on carrier guidelines, systems, and product offerings

Qualifications
