Account Manager — WA North
Role Purpose The Account Manager, WA North is responsible for driving sales growth, account development and new business acquisition across the WA North territory. This role will build strong relationships with aesthetic clinics, doctors, nurses, clinic owners and key decision makers, while increasing adoption of the Hugel Aesthetics portfolio including Letybo, Saypha dermal fillers and approved non-S4 skin portfolio products. This role requires strong territory planning, clinical selling confidence, commercial discipline and consistent in-field execution.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets across the Hugel Aesthetics portfolio. Build and execute a structured WA North territory plan to grow existing accounts and identify new opportunities. Prospect, open and convert new accounts with repeat order potential. Build strong relationships with clinic owners, doctors, nurses, injectors and key decision makers. Conduct regular face-to-face customer calls, with a target of 4 F2F calls per day. Deliver approved product detailing conversations and identify customer needs, competitor usage and barriers to switching. Work closely with clinical trainers and internal teams to support customer education and conversion. Maintain accurate CRM records, monthly forecasting and pipeline visibility. Operate within all compliance, regulatory and pharmacovigilance requirements. Key Measures of Success Achievement of WA North sales targets. Growth of active ordering accounts. New account acquisition and conversion. Face-to-face call activity. PEP activity and conversion outcomes. Forecast accuracy and CRM compliance. Growth in Letybo and Saypha/Croma adoption across priority accounts. Ideal Candidate Proven sales or account management experience, ideally within medical aesthetics, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, skincare or beauty. Strong relationship-building skills with healthcare professionals, clinic owners and commercial decision makers. Confident in territory planning, new business development and account growth. Comfortable having commercial conversations around pricing, value and ROI. Highly organised, self-managed and disciplined with CRM/reporting. Resilient, proactive and able to work independently across a geographically large territory. Willingness to travel regularly across WA North.
