Job Description
Key Responsibilities Transcription & Validation Independently transcribe audio files in your native language Compare and validate parallel transcripts to produce a final “ground truth” version Accurately capture linguistic nuances, dialects, and context Annotation & Review Perform entity tagging based on detailed client guidelines Conduct speaker diarization (identify and label different speakers) Complete full internal reviews to ensure quality before final QA

Qualifications
Requirements Native fluency in Wolof, Pulaar, or Serer (written and spoken) Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to follow structured linguistic and annotation guidelines Comfortable using online transcription and annotation tools Ability to maintain consistent quality across multiple work batches Additional Information
