Reporting to the SVP of Sales and Marketing, the Account Executive will be an integral component within the Growth Team responsible for helping to drive the adoption of our services. In this role, you will be accountable for identifying new business opportunities aligned to our target ICP, diving deep into their businesses to fully understand their unique needs and eligibility for our services. You will leverage your creative prospecting skills to strategically pursue net new business, build & manage a strong pipeline (3x) to help accelerate sales velocity and execute our aggressive GTM strategy. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for full sales cycle opportunities from qualification, discovery to close / conversion. Maximize net new logo acquisition through a blend of strategic prospecting and MQL advancement. Proactively solicit new business through outbound sales efforts including phone prospecting, email campaigns, and in-person client meetings. Must possess a results orientated mindset focused on meeting / exceeding assigned individual quota attainment. Data and performance metrics driven, understanding the drivers of sales velocity as well as the need for accurate forecasting and consistency. Nurture strong cross-functional relationships to ensure selling alignment with customer success, marketing, legal and QC. Effectively articulate value proposition, leveraging value selling methodology. Be curious. Monitor market trends and conditions as well as proactively follow competitor activity to allow for ongoing refinement of marketing strategies and provide recommendations for improved marketing channel optimization. QualificationsRequired Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience. A minimum of 3 years' overall B2B sales experience as an individual contributor with a strong record of quota attainment. Outbound sales experience necessary, and industry relationships and existing networks is valuable (e.g. familiarity with FLC, NALP, SEA, etc.) Proficient with sales technology stack including CRM (Salesforce preferred), sales intelligence tools and sales communication platforms (Gong preferred). Experience of engaging with personas within agriculture, landscaping, nurseries or any industries that have a high dependency on seasonal labor is highly desirable. Systematic approach to pipeline generation and management. Outstanding attention to detail and a strong process rigor with a continuous improvement attitude. Travel required (20% - 40%) Must be a ‘scrappy’ self-starter, comfortable working in a dynamic, ‘pick up a shovel’ culture. Be mission driven.
