The Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist is responsible for the achievement, maintenance, and continuous improvement of company-wide certifications and alignment to industry standards supporting Federal and Commercial service offerings. This role requires deep expertise in compliance requirements, service delivery models, and security quality best practices. The Senior QA Specialist manages regulatory requirements necessary for company operations, including the planning and execution of internal and external audits. Working closely with executive and operational leaders, including the Director, the Senior QA Specialist ensures timely validation and completion of corrective and preventive actions, driving a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. .

Key Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Maintains strong in-depth of knowledge in multiple compliance frameworks applicable to the federal government and commercial market Serves as the project lead for the timely completion of internal and external audits to assess organizational alignment to required and selected requirements Ensures continual process improvement is being implemented across the organization Manages and maintains the company Process Asset Library (PAL) Manages the certification renewal process for all industry-required certifications (ISO, FedRAMP, HITRUST, CMMC, CMMI, etc.) Basic Qualifications 5+ years' experience with internal audits and quality management in a regulated environment, preferably cybersecurity Strong initiative and willingness to learn Lives our Values/Vision/Mission Strong organizational and communication skills Holds or working towards certifications in the quality field (e.g., ISO 17020, ISO lead auditor in multiple standards, CMMI Associate, Lean Six Sigma) Bachelor's Degree or equivalent job experience Preferred Skills Ability to quickly take on new technologies and concepts Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Proven analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with team members Comfortable supporting fast-paced team environments Posted Salary Range $130,000 - $150,000 annual salary What Fortreum Offers We offer a competitive compensation package, where you will be rewarded based on your performance/outcomes and recognized for the value you bring to our business.
