Customer Experience Travel Consultant

In this role, you will assist clients with travel planning support, reservation coordination, and trip-related customer service while helping create a smooth and enjoyable booking experience. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, staying organized, and working independently in a flexible remote environment. No prior travel experience is required training, tools, and ongoing support are provided for qualified candidates.
What You'll Do
Assist clients with planning vacations, cruises, resort stays, and customized getaway experiences Research travel options, accommodations, transportation, and package opportunities using company-approved systems Review reservation details and itinerary information to help ensure accuracy and completion Provide professional recommendations and travel support based on client interests, schedules, and budget preferences Communicate with clients through email, phone, and digital messaging platforms Help manage booking updates, itinerary changes, and customer support requests Maintain organized booking records, travel confirmations, and client documentation Participate in virtual onboarding, team meetings, and continued learning opportunities
