Proven experience in physical infrastructure installation, including the racking, stacking, and cabling of servers, network, and storage hardware. Ability to read, interpret, and translate technical drawings and schematics (e.g., AutoCAD, Visio). Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of driving projects to completion and dealing well with ambiguity. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications: Industry certifications such as BICSI RCDD or relevant vendor certifications (e.g., Cisco, Juniper). Experience with hyperscale or large-scale data center environments and standardization programs. Familiarity with IT service operations frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
