Job Description
You act as the primary and reliable point of contact for our existing Italian-speaking customers and prospects, handling inquiries via email and phone. You work closely with other departments to find quick, comprehensive solutions for more complex customer questions. You continuously expand your financial knowledge through internal training and self-motivated learning. You leverage customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in both our product and internal processes. → This position is initially fixed-term for two years.
Qualifications
Educational Background: You hold a degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, or you have completed a relevant commercial apprenticeship (ideally in banking). Professional Experience: You bring at least one year of relevant practical experience specifically within the banking, FinTech, or broader financial services sector. You are highly experienced in supporting customers via phone, email, and/or in person. You have an affinity for capital market products and digital solutions. You have a genuine passion for customer service, take ownership of the customer experience, and possess a strong affinity for capital market products and digital solutions. You are a reliable team player who can work independently and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You are fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken). German language skills are a plus.
