Job Description & Summary About the team Our team has been the driving force for innovation in the area of document automation within the PwC Network. The team operates document automation platform that is being used in almost 70 countries, will soon provide the services to the whole PwC Network globally and expand to external markets. Our team provides broad range of services, such as solution design, software implementation, software development and integrations, application management and maintenance, robotic process automation or data analytics. A career in our team will provide you with a significant variability of activities, tasks and project and will enable you to participate on global projects. Our Tech Stack - C#, .NET10, Angular, T- SQL, SQL Server, Azure DevOps (Git) and hosting in MS Azure. We work from Prague/Brno/Ostrava or even remotely. About the manager Radek works as a Tech-team leader in the Document Automation (DA) team, leading the IT division of the DA team. His team is responsible for taking care of all IT related aspects of the existing solutions as well as the new IT projects - spanning from ensuring smooth operation of the existing systems, infrastructure and services to creating new applications (for internal and external clients) using the top tier technology. In his free time, he enjoys spending time outdoor exploring new places, driving, playing speed-chess or just watching any good movies. If yes, then we might be looking right for you! Requirements of the role Expert knowledge of C#, .NET10 (web-apps, web-services), RESTful APIs. Good knowledge of OOP design principles, microservice architecture, SQL / T-SQL. and source control (e.g. Git). Consultative nature, strong analytical, mathematical and problem-solving skills. Fluent & proactive in AI-coding assistants / AI-enabled engineering tools use – for a maximum SW-development process efficiency and high-quality code production, reviews etc. (i.e. Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code etc.). Further continual growth & improvement in engineering-team’s speed, quality & standards expected. Ability to learn quickly, be proactive, self-motivated & come up with new solutions. Ability to work on projects & solution designs autonomously as well as part of a bigger team; share your ideas & be part of the discussion with our business teams. English and Czech/Slovak language (written & spoken) at a communicative level is a must. Passion for learning new technologies and work on exciting projects! Knowledge of Azure Cloud, SQL Server, Azure DevOps and agile programming techniques are an advantage. Nice to have: Knowledge of web-technologies (e.g. HTML5, CSS, JavaScript).
