Overview

Support the delivery, testing, deployment, and adoption of ServiceNow solutions across federal customers. Partner with customers, stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements, develop user stories, and ensure business needs are accurately represented throughout implementation efforts. Review and validate requirements and user stories to ensure they are clearly defined, testable, and aligned with customer objectives. Develop and execute functional, regression, and user acceptance testing activities to validate system functionality and readiness. Coordinate release planning, deployment activities, production readiness reviews, and go-live support for new ServiceNow capabilities. Work closely with development teams to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and communicate business impacts and resolutions. Track defects, enhancements, risks, and action items across multiple projects and customer groups. Monitor deployments and system changes to proactively identify and address potential issues. Facilitate customer meetings, demonstrations, status updates, and deployment readiness discussions. Support change management, user communications, training coordination, and adoption efforts. Recommend process improvements and best practices to enhance delivery quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Support Agile delivery teams through backlog refinement, sprint planning, testing, and release activities. Qualifications 3+ years of experience supporting ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, or platform operations. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). Experience writing, refining, and managing user stories and requirements. Experience performing system testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing. Understanding of ServiceNow platform functionality and common configuration components. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience coordinating software releases, deployments, or production rollouts. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail. Experience working in Agile environments.

Nice to Have

Previous ServiceNow development, administration, business analyst, or quality assurance experience. Experience supporting federal government customers. Familiarity with ServiceNow release management, change management, and testing best practices. Customer-focused and passionate about delivering high-quality solutions. Process-oriented with a mindset for continuous improvement. Comfortable translating business needs into technical requirements. Strong advocate for customer requirements while balancing technical constraints. Able to manage multiple customer engagements and competing priorities. Collaborative, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
