The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As an Analista de Atendimento ao Cliente you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Realizar a gestão e operação das ferramentas eletrônicas de Entrada de Pedidos Monitorar e garantir o correto tráfego e processamento dos pedidos recebidos por múltiplos canais até o sistema ERP (BPCS). Atuar na gestão da ferramenta CONFIRME Realizar atividades de cadastros e manutenção de dados mestres. Garantir a integridade dos dados e evitar inconsistências. Atuar em conjunto com áreas de interface (Customer Service, Vendas e TI) apoiando na resolução de problemas operacionais. Apoiar iniciativas de melhoria contínua, automatização de processos e estabilização das operações relacionadas às ferramentas eletrônicas Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Gradução (Bacharelado) E 2 anos de experiência em processos de Gerenciamento de pedidos. AND In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required: 2 years of Experiência com ferramentas como SIMEM, SIGEM, Esker ou similares 2 years of Experiência em processos de integração EDI e fluxo de pedidos Experiência com sistemas integrados (ERP, EDI, Plataformas de pedidos) Conhecimento em: SQL, Excel (intermediário), Noções de integração de sistemas de dados Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: [Master's] degree in Administração de Empresas from an accredited institution Dois (2) years of Atendimento ao Cliente in a private, public, government or military environment Skills include solução de problemas, pensamento estratégico, pensamento estratégico e foco no cliente Work location: Remote Travel: [NÃO] Relocation Assistance: May be authorized.
