As a K-Career AI Education Manager, you will align educational goals with developer needs, workforce priorities, and industry innovation. This effort is part of a broader strategy to cultivate future talent globally. This role focuses on orchestrating a comprehensive strategy that goes beyond curriculum to develop pathways for students to thrive in tomorrow's professional landscape. You will cultivate relationships with partners, schools, districts, and ecosystem collaborators to ensure our initiatives are accessible and impactful. Together, we will build a future where AI education inspires curiosity and creates lasting opportunities for students everywhere! What you'll be doing: Lead K-12 AI Education Program: Align all collaborators to NVIDIA’s rollout goals, timelines, and impact priorities while ensuring the K-12 program advances the broader K-career strategy of the Strategic Initiatives team. Lead Cross-Partner Program Delivery: Coordinate planning, operations, and reporting across a national network of education, nonprofit, civic, and workforce partners. Coordinate Pilots, Funding, and Key Milestones: Support pilot launches across schools and districts, managing logistics, onboarding, and timely delivery. Identify matching fund opportunities through grants or state programs to scale access and impact. Engage with collaborators in political and public sector environments to support program alignment and policy coordination. Help build briefing materials for executive team members and public-facing commitments. Track Program Impact: Collect and maintain accurate data on student participation, educator reach, program progress, and pathway outcomes. Support regular reporting and insight sharing with internal teams and external partners. Coordinate Teacher and District Engagement: Ensure educators have the right resources at the right time to succeed in the classroom. Lead all aspects of the delivery of onboarding kits and support tools aligned to local needs, standards, and pathway goals. Sustain Communication and Coordination Flow: Conduct coordination calls and be responsible for shared documents, calendars, and action trackers. Ensure teams are informed, aligned, and adaptable to evolving needs or opportunities. What we need to see: Masters of Science or MBA (or equivalent experience). 8+ years of proven experience managing cross-functional education, nonprofit, public sector, or workforce-focused programs, preferably in K-12, edtech, talent strategy, or workforce innovation. Experience working with or adjacent to school systems, districts, state education agencies, workforce organizations, or regional ecosystem partners. Excellent project management, documentation, and communication skills, including the ability to simplify sophisticated information for different audiences. Proven skill in collaborating with public-sector collaborators, including involvement in public funding, state procurement, or education policy environments. Ways to stand out from the crowd: Rollout Experience: Direct experience launching or scaling education programs, especially those involving public-private partnerships, government coordination, or multi-stakeholder ecosystems. District or State-Level Proficiency: Comfort navigating district priorities, procurement rhythms, educator onboarding needs, and the connection between K-12 initiatives and broader workforce pathways. Outcomes-Focused: Adept at measuring progress through both quantitative metrics and qualitative stories. Effective, Conscientious Communicator: Capable of updating teams, aligning partners, and advancing goals, even in constantly evolving environments.
